Hey! 👋 I’m looking for someone to take over my room at The Place, 33 Queens Road, Nottingham.
I’m only leaving because I’ve decided I’d like to move in with my girlfriend, so unfortunately I need to give up my room. There’s nothing wrong with the accommodation or the flat — I’ve actually really enjoyed living here!
📍 The Place, Nottingham
💷 £175 per week
📅 45-week contract – until 24 July 2027

The flat has a really nice balance of being social without being too loud. Everyone gets along well, the kitchen is kept clean, and it's generally quiet at night, so you can comfortably sleep or get work done.
There’s also a good mix of people in the flat, so you'll be moving into an established group rather than a completely random flat.

This would be particularly ideal for someone who has just started university, is unhappy with their current accommodation, hasn't sorted accommodation yet, or simply wants to move somewhere better suited to them.
The tenancy would need to be transferred through Prestige Student Living, and I'm happy to help make the process as easy as possible.
I can also send photos/videos of the room and flat and arrange for you to have a look around.
