Replacement Tenant Needed – Sandhills Flat 54, Room 3 Nottingham (September 2026)

Hi everyone,
I am looking for a replacement tenant for my room at Sandhills Student Accommodation, Nottingham, starting 1 September 2026.
🏡 Accommodation: Sandhills, Talbot Street, Nottingham City Centre
🛏️ Room: Private en-suite room in a shared student flat (Flat 54)
📅 Tenancy Start: 1 September 2026
📍 Location: Approximately 5 minutes' walk from NTU City Campus, with excellent links to the University of Nottingham
💷 Rent: £190 per week (all bills included)
