Reason for transfer:
Most of my friends will be living at Scape, White Rose, Vita, etc., and I’d really like to live closer to them so it’s easier to hang out together 🥲. This accommodation was an offer I accepted earlier from the university. Unfortunately, the booking cannot be cancelled, so I’m looking to transfer the contract instead. The contract transfer needs to be processed through the university, so the new tenant will need to liaise with the university directly.
Honestly, if it weren’t for wanting to live closer to my friends, I would be happy to stay here — the facilities are generally quite new.

7.Very good value for money (cheap for an ensuite)
8.Spacious ensuite compared to many other ensuite rooms
9.High security — multiple access doors plus additional external gates
Cons:
1.About 20 minutes from the city centre
