Tenancy Takeover – Ensuite Room at The Foundry, Leeds (ASAP)

Accommodation Available – Official Tenancy Takeover (Student Only)

I am looking for a replacement tenant for my ensuite room at The Foundry, Leeds (LS3 1BN).

📍 Location: The Foundry, Leeds (LS3 1BN)
💷 Rent: £135 per week, all bills included
🛏 Room: Ensuite room with private bathroom, fully furnished

📅 Tenancy: From now until 29 August 2026
📦 Move-in date: Flexible (ideally from 1 January, but anytime is fine)
🎓 Eligibility: Full-time students only

🚶 Approx. 10–25 minutes’ walk to University of Leeds buildings
🚶 Approx. 19 minutes’ walk to Leeds Beckett University

This is an official tenancy takeover (re-let) for a student room at The Foundry, Leeds. The new tenant will need to be approved by the accommodation provider and will sign a new tenancy agreement directly with them.

✅ I am happy to cover the £50 administration fee for the tenancy takeover.
