Double room in modern furnished house in Woodhouse, tenant needed urgently. 5 bed, 2 bath, currently 2 boys and 2 girls.

I have finished my studies at Leeds and I'm looking for somebody to take over my tenancy at a shared house - 44b Hanover Square, Woodhouse, LS3 1BQ
Cosy double room on the 2nd floor, large window and nice views
Shared bathroom with 2 others
5 bedrooms, currently 2 boys and 2 girls, all friendly and tidy students at Leeds Beckett/Leeds Arts, ages 19-20
Open-plan kitchen and living area with great views of the park just outside
£139 per week, paid termly, the remainder of the tenancy is until 01/07/2026, rent includes all bills
