Studio flat in Deakins Place available ASAP

We are looking for someone to take over the tenancy asap of a studio flat on the top floor in Deakins Place.

🛏 Double bed
🚿 Ensuite bathroom
🥣 Own kitchen with double electric hob, oven, fridge and breakfast bar

5 minutes walk from Jubilee campus. Would suit a UoN student or Nottingham Trent student.

£216 a week however we are happy to make a financial contribution to swap the contract quickly. Contract is with Student Roost until 1 August 2026.

Hi,
I am interested, however I am looking for someone to swap into my own room, if a reason that you are putting this post up is you want another room im happy to swap, if not, that is okay
