Urgent tenancy takeover the Waterways Nottingham student accommodation

Hi everyone, I’m currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy at the Waterways student accommodation in Nottingham city centre. Bronze en suite room. Perfect distance for anyone wanting to be able to walk to NTU city campus, I have only chosen to leave due to a course change onto a different campus.

-first rent instalment is already paid
-£180 per week on a 44 week contract which ends on 17/07/26
-all bills included
-free wifi
- room includes 3/4 size bed, large desk with storage, double wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom
- shared kitchen with currently 2 female and 1 male students
