URGENT TENANT REPLACEMENT NEEDED FOR EN-SUITE AT MADISON GARDENS ACCOM

I need specifically a girl to takeover my tenancy contract and accommodation at Madison Gardens.

Rent costs £180 per week, 51 week contract and mainly girls flatmates - second year but if you don’t mind that’s fine.

The room is 10m^2, double bed and the bathroom is of similar size. The accommodation has free parking, a study room, bbq area and balcony deck for all students.

Next to Jubilee campus and other popular accommodations: Notts2, Deakins, Raleigh Park and SPC.

Move in date is September 20th.
