[URGENT] TENANCY TAKEOVER (700 pounds discount) Broadgate park

looking for a replacement for my ensuite standard studio in Broadgate park contract for 44wk(tenancy starting 19th September,2025). Can start earlier by 15th September but you have to contact Broadgate park for that.

I lived here for my 1st year and it was a great experience, a very vibrant and the biggest student community in Nottingham but as I am planning to move in with some friends at a different location, I have to find a replacement.

The rent is 216£ pw. HOWEVER, I'm offering a 700£ discount which is 16 pounds off pw, making the rent only 200 pounds .

Located right next to University of Nottingham main campus. Contact me (nottsnotts60@gmail.com) or the official ( accommodationnottingham@upp-ltd.com) asking to be the replacement tenant for student Namrata Anand Jha.

If you are a first year applying directly via university website, send an email separately to the official broadgate park above asking to be my replacement and they'll be able to help you out.

The discount is being offered by me and not by the official Broadgate park so you do need to contact me before or after signing up to be my replacement.

I am not the owner of this property , I am just looking for a someone to takeover my contract as I can't afford it.
