Tenancy take over for deluxe ensuite room at the Terry Frost building

Looking for someone to take over my tenancy as soon as possible. Can either take over from now or in September.

£136 per week from now until the 6th of September
£156 per week from September the 6th until the 29th of August (51 weeks) £7956.00 in total for the 51 weeks
£150 deposit

24 min walk from University of Leeds
19 min walk from Leeds Beckett
15 min walk from Leeds Conservatoire
Very close to city centre and across the road from an Aldi.

Some of what the accommodation includes is bills (water, electric, WIFI etc - does not include tv licence). Also has a gym, rooftop terrace and bike storage along with many other things you would expect of private student halls.

Room itself has a double bed as well as an ensuite bathroom and plenty of storage space. Shared kitchen.
