URGENT: Tenancy transfer

URGENT: NEED GONE

This is a transfer of tenancy. The student studio is £848 *per payment*, for 10 payments, £165ppw. The tenancy duration is 50 weeks. *I CAN PAY YOUR DEPOSIT IF NEEDED*

Move in date is September, first payment in August. Need to transfer before this as I cannot afford the payment.

Room viewings can be booked with homes for students- I do not own this property and cannot arrange them for you, I am just transferring my tenancy.

This is a 1 bedroom bronze studio flat for students. Entirely private, with a bathroom and kitchenette, desk, and a wall-mounted TV. All bills and essentials are included: water, gas, electric, WiFi, contents insurance, etc. The entrance is secured, and there is a lounge area with on-site laundry amenities.

This room is within close proximity of the city centre, and several NTU campuses, as well as bus routes.
