Replacement wanted – Ensuite Studio at UPP Broadgate Park, available now until July 2027

Hi all,

I'm looking for someone to take over my ensuite studio at UPP Broadgate Park, available to move in now until 23 July 2027.

• Self-contained studio with a private ensuite bathroom and private kitchenette (self-catering, nothing shared)
• 12.5 sqm with a single (3.5ft) bed
• Next to the West Entrance of the University of Nottingham's University Park campus
• £225 per week, with an instalment payment plan available

This is a replacement for my existing licence. You would apply and sign your own contract directly with UPP. Open to University of Nottingham students only, subject to UPP's approval.
