Broadgate Park Studio room available ! 🏡

Hello everyone,

I am looking for someone to take over my studio room at Broadgate park for the 2026/27 academic year.

📍location: Broadgate Park, NG9 2UT
- is a 10 minute walk from university park campus !
Move in date: any date available before Christmas
- please contact me for more info about moving in
Date of tenancy: up until 23/07/2027

Rent: £220 a week
🚨rent already paid up until January !

Studio includes:
- private en-suite bathroom
- private kitchenette
- WiFi included
- electricity and water bills inlcluded
- safe and secure with security
