Studio Tenancy Takeover – Trinity Hall, Leeds

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Trinity Hall, Holborn Approach, Leeds, LS6 2FD, as I’ll be leaving the UK in November.

Room details:

* Private, self-contained studio on the second floor
* £188 per week, including water, electricity and Wi-Fi
* Available from approximately 15 November 2026
* Tenancy ends on 27 June 2027
* Private kitchen and bathroom
* Access to an on-site gym, cinema room, study areas, games room and yoga studio
* Convenient location for the University of Leeds, particularly the School of Mechanical Engineering

Official tenancy takeover

The replacement tenant will sign directly with Trinity Hall management. This is not a private sublet, and I do not charge any agency fees.

Requirements:

* Full-time student aged 18 or over
* Must take over the remaining tenancy
* A UK homeowner guarantor is required if paying in instalments
* Tenancy deposit: £350, payable to the accommodation provider
