Subject: URGENT – Marsden House En-Suite Room Takeover, Leeds Beckett Students – £185 Per Week

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for a Leeds Beckett University student to take over my room at Marsden House student accommodation in Leeds, ideally from next week.

🏡 About the room:

* Private en-suite bedroom
* Located in Marsden House, Leeds
* Shared flat with 4 other people
* Rent: £185 per week
* Ideally available from next week

I’m looking to move back home, so I’m hoping to find someone who would like to take over my accommodation agreement as soon as possible.

If you’re a Leeds Beckett student looking for accommodation, or know someone who might be interested, please get in touch! I’m happy to answer any questions and provide further details about the room.

The takeover will need to be arranged and approved by the accommodation team.
