**Student Studio Available – Tenancy Takeover**

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Bromley Place, Nottingham.

**Accommodation details:**
- Location: Bromley Place, Clare Street, Nottingham, NG1 3DD
- Room type: Medium High Double Studio
- Rent: £202 per week
- Fully furnished, self-contained studio
- Private bathroom and kitchen
- Convenient location near Nottingham Trent University City Campus

**Tenancy details:**
- Available from late October 2026 (flexible move-in date)
- Contract ends: 10 September 2027
- Official tenancy takeover through Unite Students, subject to approval
