Hi everyone! I'm looking for a student to take over my ensuite room at The Plaza Leeds (Unite Students).

Room details:

💰 £171/week (all bills included)

📅 Available January to 17 July 2027

🏢 Floor 14 with private bathroom

🛏️ Shared kitchen and living area

🎓 Student tenants only

Location and facilities:

15 min walk to University of Leeds

5 min walk to Leeds Beckett

10 min walk to city centre

On site gym, cinema room, study spaces, pool table and ping pong

WiFi, security and 24/7 assistance included

The tenancy transfer will be handled officially through Unite Students.
