Studio available now at Live Oasis, Wade Lane, LS2 8EX (city centre, 10 min walk to uni)
I am looking for someone to take over my contract at Live Oasis Wade Lane. Contract runs to 31 August 2027 and you would take it on directly with YPP, so you move in on a proper agreement rather than a sublet.

Why it is a good spot?
Wade Lane is right by the Merrion Centre and Arena Quarter. Walking distance to the University of Leeds, Leeds Beckett, the train station and the city centre. Tesco and Morrisons are minutes away.

Students or postgrads starting late, anyone whose housing has fallen through, or January starters.
How it works
YPP handle the takeover. You go through their standard checks and sign your own agreement. I will help with anything I can and can answer questions about the building.
