URGENT TENANCY TAKEOVER - OAK HOUSE (LS3) - UNIVERSITY OF LEEDS
Hi,
I was due to be beginning my masters in September however circumstances have changed, and now I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a flat at Oak House. It is a postgraduate flat in a great location.
It is an ensuite, self-catered room with bills such as electricity, water and internet covered in the rent.
The rent is ~£184 a week (total payment per month fluctuates), the first month (September) has been paid for.
This flat is available ASAP.
