🚨 Tenancy Takeover - Oak Brook Park 🚨

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a full-time student to take over my Unite Students tenancy at Oak Brook Park in Selly Oak for the 2026/27 academic year.

It's a large double ensuite room in a shared flat with a communal kitchen.

£222.53/week, bills included

44 weeks

12 September 2026 – 20 July 2027

Close to the University of Birmingham and other Birmingham universities

Facilities include study areas, cinema room, games/common area, laundry and bike storage

This would be an official tenancy transfer through Unite Students, so the replacement tenant would need to meet their eligibility requirements and have the transfer approved by Unite.
