4 girls looking for a 5th to take up a spare room

Looking for someone to take over a room in our 5-bedroom girls’ house. We’re all second-year students at the University of Leeds and are a clean, friendly household. We enjoy both a night out and a chilled night in, and will occasionally host pres. The house is slightly on the louder side but we do enjoy quiet time as well.

📍 Location: Brudenell View — a short walk from the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University
💷 Rent: £154 per week including bills
📅 Tenancy: Whenever you can move in until 30th July 2027
🏠 House: 5 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 2 showers, lovely kitchen and newly fitted carpets
🛏️ Room: Ground floor, sharing a bathroom with 2 other girls
