Replacement tenant needed – furnished room in Beeston, near UoN

Hi, I am a University of Nottingham student looking for a replacement tenant to formally take over my place in a joint tenancy in Beeston.

Location: High Road, Beeston, NG9
Available from: 1 September 2026
Tenancy until: 30 June 2027
Rent: £563.34 pcm
Bills: excluded and shared separately with the other tenant
Estimated bills: around £160–£175 per month per person, depending on actual usage
Estimated total monthly cost: around £725–£740 per month including rent and estimated bills

The room is furnished with a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe/storage and a large window. The property also has a shared living room, kitchen/dining area and bathroom.

The property is located in Beeston, close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants and public transport links. It would suit a University of Nottingham student looking for accommodation near Beeston / University Park / Jubilee area.

This is a formal replacement tenant arrangement, subject to landlord and letting agent approval. It is not a private sublet.
