University of Leeds accommodation replacement – 2026/27

University of Leeds student looking for someone to take over my Hepworth Lodge accommodation for the 2026/27 academic year.

🏡 Residence: Hepworth Lodge
🛏️ Room: Ensuite
📅 Contract: 12 September 2026 to 3 July 2027 (42 weeks)
💷 Rent: £169 per week (£7,100 total)
🍽️ Catering: Self-catered

📍 Location: Hepworth Lodge is around a 15-minute walk from the University of Leeds campus and 10 minutes from Leeds city centre, with shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby.

The accommodation provider allows replacement tenants, so the tenancy can be formally transferred to an eligible student.
