Ensuite Room Available Clarendon Road
Hi,
We have a large ensuite ground floor room available (as our previous housemate is taking a year out). We are in a prime location opposite the university of Leeds. It would be £148.50 per week (including water, broadband and TV license). Gas & electricity is paid by us as a house separately.
As a house we are 5 boys & 2 girls and are all medics, so often out during the day and around during the evenings. We enjoy going out, going to the pub & sports and are involved within loads of societies in the uni (hockey, football, rowing).
