Spare room in ebberson terrace

I’ve dropped out of university but my room in ebberson terrace (Hyde park)is going spare. I’m looking for someone to take over the tenancy from me- the first 2 months are already paid- it’s sharing with 5 other lads. The rent is 525pcm and 102 in bills pcm which include WiFi gas electricity and water.
The lads are all nice social and friendly. Msg me if interested on here or my instagram jack.__morris
