🏡 TENANCY TAKEOVER – HEADINGLEY, LEEDS – FIRST WEEK’S RENT FREE!!

Looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely 8-bedroom student house in the heart of Headingley for the upcoming academic year.

You’d be living with 7 other students, so it’s perfect for someone looking for a sociable house without having to find a whole group.

* Massive shared living room
* Spacious kitchen
* Garden
* Parking
* 8 bedrooms total
* Right in Headingley
* Great location for getting into Leeds city centre / university
* Loads of shops, bars, cafés and transport links nearby

💸 I WILL PAY YOUR FIRST WEEK’S RENT as an incentive for taking over my tenancy.

I’m only giving the room up because my plans for next year have changed — nothing to do with the house!

Available for the 2026/27 academic year.
