Student Tenant Takeover URGENT. The Terry Frost Building, Leeds

Student accommodation available Terry Frost Building, Leeds (replacement tenant required). Modern student rooms available from September due to a change of circumstances. The room has not been moved in to so you would be taking over a brand new tenancy. The accommodation includes: private student bedroom with en suite facilities, shared kitchen and living space, modern communal areas, gym facilities including, outdoor roof terrace, great location for students. Rent £743.60 a month with all bills included. Deposit already paid. Replacement tenant required. Ideal for a student looking for high quality accommodation in Leeds for the coming academic year. A close friend of mine recommended this accommodation to me as it was a good experience for him last year. Please DM if you are interested as I’m looking to pass over the tenancy urgently.
