Replacement tenant needed to take over my room at 49 Sherwin Road, NG7 2FB

ROOM TAKEOVER – Sherwin Road

Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Sherwin Road, NG7 2FB.
Unfortunately, I’m now planning to defer my place at university for a year, so I no longer need the room. This is due to unexpected operations, so any help would be highly appreciated.

Details:

* 📍 Sherwin Road, NG7 2FB
* 5 bedroom house, kitchen, living room, 1 or 2 bathrooms (can't remember), sizeable garden
* Suitable for University of Nottingham students
* 12th August 2026 to 30th July 2027
* Rent: [£146 a week ]
* Available to take over as soon as the landlord approves the transfer.
