I’m looking for a UoN student to take over my studio tenancy at Broadgate Park! It’s a fully self‑contained studio with your own ensuite bathroom and kitchen area, a fantastic space to study and relax.

£225 pw (44 week contract). No guarantor needed.

I’m willing to pay £1000 of the rent upfront! Additionally, if you are a current student, you get a FREE laundry bundle and a £350 discount from Broadgate!
