2 double bedroom tenancy takeovers dunkirk

Beeston road AVAILABLE FROM 01/09/2026 - 2 of us have recently received placement opportunities and so need people to take over :)

details:

Rent: 139 pppw with bills included through unihomes
Deposit: 350 pp

Fully furnished 5 bedroom uni house with 2 spacious double bed rooms available

Amenities: washer, dryer, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, 2 parking spaces on a private drive, stove, oven, microwave and kettle as well as desks, chairs and storage in every room.

All UoN students going into final year studying a mix of STEM and humanities, 2 men 1 woman.

The house is exceptionally close to uni park campus and also SB bus stops if needed.

Large kitchen and communal area as well as 2 bathrooms, one with a shower bath and one with a toilet and sink.

great travel links with a bus stop literally right outside the house.

looking for 2 new flatmates who want some where close by and convenient for studying or for work given the good travel links, no particular age or other preferences.

Hello! My name is Victor Emanuel, I'm film student from Brasil, I'm going to study in NTU in September, I currently looking for a place, I'm interested in yours.
Before we proceed, I have two questions.
I've didn't see it the address, I wanted too know the distance from NTU, please?
I'm staying in Nottingham for only a semester, September to January. Do you accept a short term contract?
