Room in student house share, Hyde Park LS6 | Bills included | Available 1 July

Room available in a 6-bed student house share in Hyde Park, Leeds LS6, from 1 July 2026.

Rent: £530.12 per month. Bills included: gas, electricity, water, broadband, TV licence and basic contents insurance.

The house is shared with university students. We are looking for someone to take over one place on the tenancy as soon as possible.

The agent will need the replacement tenant’s full name, email address and phone number, plus guarantor details.

Guarantor requirements: income of at least £25,000 per year from full-time employment or pension, over 25, and resident in the UK for at least 3 years.
