Tenancy takeover Lenton 4 girls

Hi,

We are looking for one tenant ( student ) to fill a room in a 5 bedroom house in Lenton alongside 4 girls. ( 3 x 3rd year medics, 1 x 3rd year pharmacy student)

Price : £130 excluding bills

Tenancy would be to start from 01/08/26 for the academic year

Huge gated driveway with cctv that wraps around the house. 2 bathrooms, fully furnished with outdoor space round the back. Great landlord and a separate kitchen and living room. The tenancy would be for an upstairs bedroom and welcome to come and view/ meet everyone asap.
