St Marks residences Room Available - July 10th-September 14th
I'm looking for someone to take over my room at St Marks residences near the university of Leeds campus from July 10th to September 14th.
The flat is with 3 other guys so ideally it would be a male student that would join the flat. However it is not required that it be a male student, and it will also be summer holidays so most of the flat will be back home.
- 1st floor, in block D.
- Ensuite (separate bathroom)
- Shared kitchen
- Rent: £150/week all included (on contract £200/week)
- You will replace me on the contract, which will be handled directly with the University of Leeds accommodation team.
