£145 per week - bills included
I am looking for 3 replacement tenants.
The house is located on the border of Hyde park and burley park, it is modern and in very good condition. The last tenants kept it very clean and tidy. It is within a 10 minute walk to both burley park and Headingly station.
The rent is £145 per week with bills included and it is fully furnished house. I have attached a few pictures of the house from the outside and the inside. I don’t have a picture of the third bedroom but it is very similar to the other two. There is also a separate bathroom from the toilet with a shower/bath and sink in.
