Spring Semester January 2027 Tenancy Takeover. £146 per week, BILLS INCLUDED, LENTON TRIANGLE.
1 double bedroom available in 4 bedroom house on Balfour Road (in the Lenton Triangle, Notts' sought-after student neighbourhood!!!) starting in January 2027 until 29th June 2027.
I am going on a Spring semester abroad in 2027 thus need someone to live in my room so I can go!!! <3
The bedrooms are incredibly spacious; far nicer than the majority of student houses. Plus, the house was renovated in 2017 (see attached photos) and has a garden.
BILLS ARE INCLUDED! Only £146 a week.
The house is mixed gender! So a boy or girl is welcome!! The 3 tenants you will join are UON students; 2 girls; 1 boy. We will be in 2nd year. The other tenants are incredibly friendly, and do a range of subjects (One history & politics, one economics with Spanish, one Computer science!) 2 of them are based on University Park but one is on Jubilee so wherever you are there is a buddy to walk with!!! <3
Ideal for UON and NTU students. It is a 30 minute walk to University Park and 15 minute walk to Jubilee. It is also on the bus route which takes 5-10 minutes to get to campus.
The landlord only has a few houses in Nottingham thus is proactive with any issues. He is not part of a big corporation who do not care about their tenants.
The house is an absolute steal and I will be sorry to leave it for a semester abroad :(
