Tenant wanted for lease take over

- Contract from 10/07/2026 till 09/07/2027
- 5 bed, £147 per week (bills included)
- 4 people with signed contacts for July 2026 (4 females)
- £260 deposit to pay upon contact signing to Pickard Properties (agency the contract is with)
- The other 4 tenants would preferably like to meet your before I transfer the tenancy
