Looking for a student to take over my tenancy as I have to move abroad. Spacious room in the Leeds city centre for a discounted price. Two big windows. Large bed, lots of storage space.
Rent inclusive of: Electricity, Gas, Water, Internet, TV Licence, Contents insurance. Two shared bathrooms (I share with two girls). Shared kitchen and dining area. Two fridges, kettle, microwave, washing machine, toaster, hoover. All the flatmates are very clean.
From 1st of January 2026 to 30th of June 2026.
Room number 4 in video tour of a six bedroom flat on unipol website New York street building. No deposit needed. The flat is on the first floor.

It is within walking distance to University of Leeds, Leeds Conservatoire, Leeds Beckett University and Leeds Arts University. Leeds Train Station and bus station are both close by, and Trinity Leeds Shopping Centre and Victoria Gate are a short walk away for all your shopping needs. Just across the road is Call Lane - known for its popular bars and live music.
