Single ensuite with shared kitchen
Hi there,
I am looking for someone to urgently take over my ensuite room with a shared kitchen at the University of Nottingham, located at Newark Hall in Jubilee campus. Tenancy takeover can happen from the 7th of January. This accommodation is only available for students.
It is surrounded by multiple bus routes, local supermarkets, cafes and places to eat. The tenancy also includes a free gym membership to all University of Nottingham gyms and tennis courts located on Jubilee campus. The building has a common room with table tennis and pool tables.
Rent is £135 per week with bills included. These bills do also include wifi. Laundry rooms are available around the building. The front door is a secure entry way.
