Student Accommodation Room, Leeds
Hi!
I am looking for someone to take over my room in Carlton Hill student accommodation in Leeds from 7th of May. The room is fully furnished and part of a postgraduate flat with a large shared kitchen and a friendly, quiet living environment. The room has its own private bathroom (ensuite).
The accommodation is well located, within walking distance of the University of Leeds, with good transport links and nearby shops.
Viewings are possible if you would like to see the room in person.
The tenancy transfer is handled through Unipol, and the new tenant must be eligible for Unipol accommodation.
