Looking for 2 housemates to join our house share

Looking for 2 other students to move into a large terraced house. Very convenient location, 2 min walk from Leeds Beckett, bus route to Trinity, 15 min walk to Leeds uni. Current housemates are a mix of Leeds uni / Beckett. Easy car parking (non-permit) and very safe. Modern house with large rooms, south facing garden, terraced.
Available from first of July 2026
Rent is £135 pwk inc bills
Unipol award winning landlord too.
