Tenancy takeover at Mirage building BD7 1NH
Due to unfortunate circumstances, I'm leaving my current place, which is a 1-bedroom duplex apartment in the Mirage Building (BD7 1NH).
The building offers some of the most luxurious and well-maintained accommodation in town. It is family-run, extremely safe, and kept to a very high standard, with spotless corridors and a secure post room.
located within a 10-minute walk to the University on Legrams Lane (a very short walk behind the library).
The apartment is suitable for a couple or a single occupant looking for a clean, modern, and safe home.
Costs:
£720.00 per month (all bills included)
£300.00 deposit
You can move in from 30th November or even sooner, depending on your needs.
