Tenancy takeover at the Mirage building BD7 1NH

Dear students,

Due to certain circumstances I’m leaving my current place which is a 1 bed room Duplex apartment in Mirage building (BD7 1NH).

The building is has the most luxurious and well maintaned management and it is a family running building in town, with the safest and cleanest corridors/post room.

It is located within 10’ walk to the University in Legrams lane (very short walk behind the library).

It’s suitable for a couple or a single occupant looking for a clean and safe apartment.
All bills included at £720.00 per month with £300.00 deposit.

You can move in 30th November as I’m leaving that morning
