Tenancy takeover needed ASAP
Hello,
I am planning on leaving university and need someone to take over my lease. It's a self-catered single studio ensuite at Broadgate Park for £216 a week (all bills are included).
It has high speed internet (ethernet is ~800Mbps), great connections (a tram stop and Indigo, 36, Skylink, etc. buses nearby), and is only around a 15 minute walk to Portland building (University Park Campus)
