URGENT Tenancy Takeover - Carlton hill
Looking for someone to take over my Ensuite room at Carlton Hill before January 2026.
Preferably want a female postgraduate student studying at the University of Leeds
Tenancy Duration: 13 September 2025 – 4 September 2026
Total Rent: £199 per week - all bills included (I have already paid the first installment)
Excellent location within walking distance of the University of Leeds
I’m happy to cover the rent up until your move-in date, so you won’t need to pay for any days before you arrive.
