Looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely 6-bedroom, 2-bathroom student house at 82 Kimbolton Avenue, NG7 1PT (Lenton) for the Spring semester!

Details:
£125 per week including all bills
No deposit required
Available from 25th January to 31st July 2026
Your own cozy bedroom, a bathroom shared with two others, plus a shared kitchen and comfy living area with an amazing TV (see photos!)

Lovely, welcoming house of 5 girls – looking for one more to join!
