Room available in a 5-room girls house in Headingley next year!

Hi! We are a house of 4 girls who will be studying in our third year during the time of rent at the University of Leeds!
We are looking for a girl (any year or university in Leeds) to live with us (rent beginning 1/07/2026)! The house is a lovely semi-detached on Shaw Lane, in a very convenient area- 5 min walk from Headingley Arndale/shops/bus stops to universities. The house has two bathrooms, a kitchen with dishwasher/washing machine/dryer, a living room, a garage, and five double bedrooms.
