Looking for someone to take over my tenancy as soon as possible due to a change in circumstances.

- Shared with 5 friendly female students (1 postgraduate + 4 undergraduates).
- Private landlords – very responsive and helpful with any issues.
- Large open-plan kitchen and living room.
- Two full bathrooms upstairs + ground floor utility room with toilet (3 people per bathroom).
- Spacious garden perfect for relaxing or studying outdoors.
- Driveway parking for multiple cars + permit and non-permit street parking.

- Double bedroom with a large wardrobe, desk, chair, and double bed.
- Bright, comfortable, and ready to move in.
💰 Rent & Bills:
- £1,820 per quarter (every three months, October, January, April).
-Rent for the current quarter (October–January) has already been paid, so you’ll only need to pay from your move-in date until January 2026, not the full quarter for this period.
- All bills included – gas, water, electric, internet, and TV licence.
- Deposit: £250.
- Tenancy runs until 27th June 2026.
