TENANT REPLACEMENT NEEDED- MILL STREET


Hi all:),
I’m looking for a student of Leeds Beckett university to take over my tenancy at mill street accommodation for the 2025 /2026 academic year.

📍location: LS9 8NA, one mill street, block A.
mill street is a 10 minute walk into the city centre where lots of supermarkets, pubs and restaurants can be located. Mill street is just a four minute walk away from the bus station, granting you easy access to public transport.
🛌room: Double bed, En-suite, 2 boys and 1 girl, communal area consists of a large tv with two sofas and a dining table behind, a hob and an oven that are easy to use as well!
Why mill street? One mill street offers easy access to the city centre, universities, nightlife and restaurants. Beyond its location, mill street has spacious rooms which are stylish and furnished to a great standard. Giving you practicality and comfort. High speed WiFi, video games and tv rooms on the premise.

📑contract: 13/09/2025- 10/07/2026
💳 rent: £7913.29 ( this includes utilities, WiFi and covered insurance)
