Urgent Tenancy Takeover – Grayson Heights (Oct–Jan)

Hi everyone,

I’m urgently looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Grayson Heights (LS4 2UD) with Unipol Student Homes.

Room: Fully furnished, private room in a shared flat

Tenancy dates: 1 Sept 2025 – 16 Jan 2026 (can move in from October if needed)

Rent: ~£93–£96 per week (£402–£416 per month) – bills included (electricity, water, internet, TV licence, insurance)

Location: Great transport links, close to University of Leeds

Flatmates: Other students/postgrads

This is ideal if you’re here for a semester or need short-term housing. Unipol will manage the paperwork for the tenancy transfer, so it’s straightforward.
