Visiting postgraduate researcher looking for accommodation Oct–Dec 2025

Are you going away for a few months and need someone reliable to take over your tenancy? Or do you need more time to find a long-term tenant? Rent your room/studio to me!

I’m a 32-year-old postgraduate researcher in sociology coming to Leeds as a visiting PGR from 13 Oct to 21 Dec. I’m looking for a room or studio, location somewhere close to the University of Leeds would be great. Budget-wise, I’m hoping to stay at around ~£200 ppw max. Would love to live with other postgrads/students! As a housemate/tenant I’m clean, considerate, and easy to get along with. In my free time I go to the gym and read. I enjoy nights in and out, happy to do things together but also happy to give you space.
